Our team is always ready to help! At RentBetter we're a tech-focussed platform so we manage most communications via the chat through the website. Online support helps our team gather system details and other relevant information to troubleshoot issues more effectively.
You can contact our team in two ways:
Message the team - Click on the speech bubble icon on the bottom right of the screen to send the team a message.
Email us - email us at info@rentbetter.com.au for assistance.
RentBetter Support Hours 🕒
Our team supported hours are 9.30am - 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Friday and we aim to to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
Helpful Resources
A lot of the answers can be found via our friendly Bot 🤖 and Help Centre but if you can't find your answer, simply look for the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen, a navy blue circle with a message bubble, write your question and one of the team will contact you as soon as we are available.
If we are unable to answer your question right away, you will receive an email and message with the answer as soon as we have the answer, no need to sit around and wait by your screen.
In the chat, conversations are saved so you can always see your history, making it easy to refer back to at any time.
💡If you click on the 'Help' tab as seen on the messenger popup in the example above, you will be able to access our library of helpful articles as well as search for an answer.

Rest assured we have received your message. Our reply time is usually pretty quick if it's within our business hours. If we are unable to answer your question right away, you will receive an email and message with the answer, so there is no need to wait around or send multiple messages, we'll always get back to you.
How do I access previous messages and chat history?
Conversations in the messenger chat are saved, allowing you to easily refer back to your message history at any time if you are logged in to your RentBetter account. Just click on the speech buttle and then on the 'messages' tab to see your history.
Can I call RentBetter?
Online support allows us to effectively gather system details and relevant information to troubleshoot issues and help you quickly. However, we understand that sometimes a call is necessary and if that’s the case, just let us know the details and we’ll reach out to you directly.
