How to get in touch ๐Ÿ’ฌ

Our team is always ready to help. At RentBetter, we're a tech-focused platform so we manage most communications via chat messenger on the website. Online support helps our team gather system details and other relevant information to troubleshoot issues more effectively.

You can contact our team in two main ways:

  • Message us - Click on the speech bubble icon on the bottom right of the screen to send the team a message.

  • Email us - email the team at info@rentbetter.com.au for assistance.


RentBetter Support Hours ๐Ÿ•’

Our team supported hours are 9.30am - 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Friday and we aim to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Helpful Resources ๐Ÿ“–

A lot of the answers can be fond via our friendly Bot ๐Ÿค– and Help Centre but if you can't find your answer, simply look for the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen, a navy blue circle with a message bubble, write your question and one of the team will contact you as soon as we are available.

If we are unable to answer your question right away, you will receive an email and message with the answer - there's no need to sit around and wait by your screen.

In the Messenger chat, conversations are saved so you can always see your history, making it easy to refer back to at any time you're logged in.

๐Ÿ’กIf you click on the 'Help' tab as seen on the messenger popup in the example above, you will be able to access our library of helpful articles as well as search for an answer.

Rest assured, we have received your message. Our reply time is usually pretty quick if it's within our business hours. If we are unable to answer your question right away, you will receive an email and message with the answer, so there is no need to wait around or send multiple messages, we'll always get back to you.

How do I access previous messages and chat history?

Conversations in the messenger chat are saved, allowing you to easily refer back to your message history at any time if you are logged in to your RentBetter account. Just click on the speech buttle and then on the 'messages' tab to see your history.

Can I call RentBetter?

Online support allows us to effectively gather system details and relevant information to troubleshoot issues and help you quickly. However, we understand that sometimes a call is necessary and if thatโ€™s the case, just let us know the details and weโ€™ll reach out to you directly.
