How to get in touch with the RentBetter team for support

Our team is always ready to help! As we're a tech platform, we manage most of our communications via the platform and website. You can contact our team in our messenger chat or you can also email us at info@rentbetter.com.au for assistance.

A lot of the answers can be found via the Bot 🤖 and Help Centre but if you can't find your answer, simply look for the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen, a navy blue circle with a message bubble, write your question and one of the team will contact you as soon as we are available.

If we are unable to answer your question right away, you will receive an email and message with the answer in due course, so there is no need to wait around 😊

In the messenger chat, conversations are saved so you can always see your history, making it easy to refer back to at any time.
