When you have an active tenancy on the platform, RentBetter allows you to communicate with your tenant directly via the messaging feature.
The messaging feature simplifies communication, ensuring all messages are kept in one place and accessible to both parties. Whether it’s discussing maintenance requests, clarifying payment schedules or sharing important updates, the messenger helps landlords and tenants stay connected throughout the tenancy.
Centralised Communication: All messages are stored within the tenancy in one thread, making it easy to refer back to important details later.
Email Notifications: Tenants receive email notifications when they have a new message, ensuring timely responses.
Secure & Private: Communication is stored securely within the RentBetter platform, protecting both you and your tenants.
Time-Stamped Messages: Each message is time-stamped for clarity, so you always know when a message was sent or received.
