Once you have created your account, you can start adding the details of your property. Just follow the steps to add your property then create an ad or set up your tenant and invite them to the platform.
Fees and Costs
There are different costs depending on the type of property you have and the plan you need. There are no commissions or hidden fees involved, the costs you see on our pricing page are what you’ll be charged.
🏡 Residential Rentals - There are 3 plans to choose from depending on whether you are just looking to find a tenant, manage your property or do both.
🏡 Residential Sale - Find a buyer with an upfront cost of $399 and a monthly fee of $11.
🏬 Commercial Rentals - There are 2 plans to choose from depending on where you want to advertise or if you are also looking to manage the property.
