When you sign into your account and navigate to Book a Professional on the left navigation bar, you will have the option to select which lease the report is for. If the lease address is supported you'll be able to go ahead and complete the booking request and proceed to payment.

If your address is not supported at the moment, you'll see an error message as shown below advising you to navigate back to the Condition Report main menu to continue with the report yourself.
