Reports FAQs

What does the ATO require for reporting purposes from landlords?

At the end of the year, the ATO (and also likely your accountant) will want to know how much rental income you received in the tax year, and also the expenses you incurred as a result of owning the property. The reporting feature allows you to categorise these items in the correct groupings for your accountant and the ATO
