🔍 Dashboard Overview
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find a search bar that allows you to quickly locate properties by name or address. Use the Filter and Sort options to customise your property list - sort by name, status, or other details to suit your preferences. You can also toggle between card view and list view for your convenience.
🏠 Property Tiles
Each property is displayed in a tile format, providing key information at a glance:
Address and Type: Identify whether it’s a Residential Rental, Commercial, or Sale property.
Property ID: A unique identifier for easy reference.
Tenancy Information: Current status and details of the tenancy.
Click on the 3 dots in the corner of the property tile for other options. You can change the main photo, update the name of the property, and access other useful links.
To access the full view and manage specific tasks related to a property, click on the property tile to open it up.
📂 Navigation Menu
Located on the left-hand side, the navigation menu provides quick and easy access to various sections of the platform:
Properties: The main view to view and manage your properties.
Add Property: Easily add new properties to your dashboard.
Payments: Track rent payments and other financial transactions.
Finance Report: Generate reports to monitor your financial performance.
Documents: Store and access important property documents.
Marketplace: Find additional services like condition report inspections, landlord insurance, and maintenance services.
Find a Tenant: Expand this section to advertise for a tenant and manage tenant enquiries and applications.
Manage Property: Expand this section to access tools to create lease agreements, condition reports, manage bond, tenant bills and more.
Help Centre: Get assistance and find answers to your questions.
Account Settings: Manage your subscription details and account information.
