Introducing Property Pulse (Beta)

We’re excited to announce the release of Property Pulse (also referred to as 'Pulse'), now available in your account 🎉

You’ll find it in the left navigation panel when you log in. Property Pulse is designed to ensure you always have your finger on the pulse of your property. It highlights and prioritises tasks so you can stay focused and organised while managing your investment.

Property Pulse is currently in beta, and we’ll continue refining it based on your feedback. Look out for new features and smarter task suggestions as it evolves!


What is Property Pulse?

Property Pulse is your property task manager. It automatically brings together the most important actions you need to take, helping you stay on top of:

  • Foundation Tasks – Essential steps to get started, plus ongoing tasks to help you stay on top of your property all year round.

  • Compliance – Legal and safety requirements, such as landlord insurance.

  • Wealth – Maximising returns with tasks like uploading your tax depreciation schedule.

Key Benefits:

✔ Stay organised with a clear task list.

✔ See your most important next steps at a glance.

✔ Track progress by moving tasks from To Do to Completed.

✔ Add custom tasks and reminders.


How Pulse Works

  1. Recommended Tasks

    At the top, you’ll see the tasks we recommend you tackle next. These are grouped into three categories:

    • 🏠 Foundation – Essential and ongoing tasks to keep you on top of your property.

    • Compliance – Tasks around Legal and safety checks.

    • 📈 Wealth – Tasks that help with boosting your investment returns.

  2. All Tasks

    Below your recommendations, you’ll find a full list of all tasks linked to your property.

    • Tasks are organised by status: To Do and Completed.

    • You can add your own custom tasks to keep things organised and in one place.

    • You can dismiss tasks that you don't want to do or that don't apply to your property.

Adding Tasks

To add a custom task, click on the 'Add task' button. Enter a title and description and select if you would like to set a reminder for the task:

To set a reminder, just click on ‘Custom date and time’ and choose the exact date and time you’d like the reminder to appear and save:

Managing Tasks

If you’d like to make a change to a task, you can edit it at any time by clicking on the task to open it and edit the task title or description.

You can also use the 3 dots menu next to the task, where you’ll find options to:

  • Edit the reminder

  • Clear the reminder

  • Mark as complete

  • Dismiss (remove the task)

Once you mark a task as complete, it will automatically move into the Completed section, which you can find under All Tasks.

💡 Tip: Set reminders for important dates (like insurance renewals or tax deadlines) so you never miss a thing.


Property Pulse FAQs

Is Property Pulse available for all my properties?

Yes, each property in your account has its own individual Pulse dashboard, so you can track tasks separately for each one.

Can I add my own tasks?

Yes! You can use the Add Task button in the All Tasks section to create your own custom tasks and reminders.

Will Property Pulse remind me about deadlines?

Property Pulse is currently in beta. Right now, you can add your own tasks and set reminders for the things that matter most to you. As the feature evolves, we’ll begin including more built-in reminders for important deadlines that require your attention.
