If you’re considering upgrading your ad, we generally recommend first searching realestate.com.au and comparing similar properties in your area to make sure your property is priced competitively and presented well before investing in upgrades.
In our experience, listing upgrades can be quite expensive and don’t always result in a significant increase in enquiries or a better outcome.
That said, there are three upgrade levels available for rental listings on realestate.com.au if you would still like additional exposure for your property.
Feature property: Appear above all other standard listings (ads of similar size) but just below highlight ads - $269 for 30 days
Highlight property: Larger photo, and appear above all other feature and standard listings - $389 for 30 days
Premiere Property: Similar to a highlight upgrade, your ad will rotate back to the top every few days - $489 for 30 days
To upgrade your ad, click on the 'Edit ad' button and on the right side of the page, you will see the upgrade option. Click through and follow the steps to upgrade your ad.
