RentBetter supports multiple tenants on a single lease, which is common for shared houses, couples, or group rentals. You can have up to six tenants on the same lease as individuals.
When setting up the tenancy, you can:
add multiple tenants to the same property,
have all tenants listed on the lease agreement, and
ensure each tenant is linked to the same rental schedule and payments.
All tenants will be considered jointly responsible for the lease, meaning they are collectively responsible for rent and any lease obligations.
