How can I change the email address on my account?

Troubleshooting

You can change the email address on your RentBetter account by updating it in your account settings.

If you’re logged in:

  • Go to your Account Settings (Accessed via the profile circle or left navigation menu)

  • Find the Contact Information section.

  • Enter your new email address and save the changes.

  • You will be asked to verify via a code to your old email before the changes can take effect.

If you’re unable to access your account or can’t update the email, please contact the team via the support chat or email info@rentbetter.com.au.
